Community Regional Cancer Center – South

The Community Regional Cancer Center project consists of a three story, 60,000 square foot building and associated site work. The first floor is approximately 30,000 sf and will house an outpatient treatment center including radiation oncology and medical oncology. The second and third floor spaces are approximately 15,000 sf each and are designed as shell spaces for future build out of outpatient services. Major medical equipment in the radiation oncology side includes a linear accelerator and a CT simulator.

The sitework included a healing garden, stormwater BMPs, wetland mitigation, new utilities, parking lots, sidewalks, a mobile PET/CT truck entrance and native landscaping. New utility services to the building included storm, sanitary, water, electric, gas, and telecommunications. IDEM and city of Indianapolis permits were required.
