JPS Consulting Engineers is growing and looking for a Civil Engineer in Fishers. Come join a dynamic team of professionals at JPS Consulting Engineers. As a Civil Engineer you’ll work collaboratively with multi-disciplined project teams to create site plans for our healthcare, higher education, commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential clients. Our culture of empowerment will allow you to gain experience and build long lasting relationships in the industry.
Interacting with clients, contractors, local government officials, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all phases of the project, including permitting review process, bidding, and construction, all the way to ribbon cutting.
Ideal Candidates:
• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• 4-10 years’ professional engineering experience
• F.E. certification required
• P.E. Preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; HydroCAD, Hydraflow, and MS Office
• Good communication skills

Landscape Architect

JPS Consulting Engineers, located in Fishers, IN, is growing and looking for a Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team of site/ civil professionals. Project types include healthcare, higher education, commercial, institutional, and multi-family residential throughout Indiana. We are looking for motivated and talented individuals with a love of the creative process to advance our mission of purposeful design.
Ideal candidates:
- Are licensed or have begun pursuing licensure in Landscape Architecture
- Have a minimum 3 years professional experience
- Are experienced in creating and coordinating construction documents in AutoCAD
- Able to create graphics and presentations with Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Lumion
- Are comfortable in a client facing role and possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to listen and distill client wants and needs
- Enjoy creative problem solving and working on an interdisciplinary team
- Have an interest in plants and can independently create large scale planting plans
- Are proactive communicators and self-starters who want to grow their knowledge base and are willing to ask questions and seek out answers
- Able to handle a range of responsibilities with an understanding of the design process from concept to construction documentation.
- Experience in healthcare or higher ed work is a plus
