JPS has experience designing structural systems for multi-family residences. Our knowledge of multiple building types gives us the ability to work on projects with varying construction complexities for new construction built of wood, CMU, concrete and steel. Aside from living space, many multi-family residential buildings include areas for mixed-use applications such as ground level retail or grocery store facilities, lower level parking etc.
